Waste Compaction and Loading Process: When the feed hopper is filled with waste, the scraper opens to prepare for insertion into the loose waste. The slide plate drives the scraper downward, inserting it into the waste to crush and perform the initial compaction. The scraper rotates forward to further compact the waste. Once in position, the scraper moves upward with the slide plate, compacting the waste into the waste bin, and then returns to its starting position. During the continuous waste compaction and loading process, the pusher blade gradually retreats under compressive force, overcoming back pressure to ensure the waste evenly fills the entire waste container. This process is fully automated and requires no manual intervention.

        Waste Transport and Unloading: Once the garbage truck is fully loaded, the waste compartment is completely sealed, preventing environmental contamination during transport. When unloading waste at a processing (or landfill) facility, the truck first raises the loading arm to open the rear of the waste compartment. The pusher blade, which was originally positioned at the front of the compartment, then moves backward, pushing the waste out horizontally.
