Power End (Alternator)

It features an industrial-grade brushless synchronous alternator paired with an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator), ensuring stable output voltage and strong resistance to load impact.With a fully enclosed protective design, it is dustproof and moisture-proof, making it suitable for outdoor and high-dust environments.The three-phase four-wire output can directly supply power to equipment such as shot blasting machines, hydraulic pumps, and control cabinets.

Control and Protection System 

Equipped with a fully automatic control module, it supports one-key start/stop and real-time monitoring of voltage, frequency,            and current.It features multiple safety protections: automatic shutdown and alarm in case of low oil pressure, high water                        temperature, over/under voltage, overcurrent/overload, and overspeed.Reserved remote monitoring and communication                        interfaces enable data transmission and unattended operation.

Frame and Vibration Isolation System

The unit is built on a high-strength steel base, which features high rigidity and excellent deformation resistance to absorb operational vibrations effectively.Specialized anti-vibration mounts are installed under both the alternator and engine to reduce vibration transmission, thereby lowering noise levels and minimizing component wear.
