Sweeping Operation:The auxiliary engine drives the hydraulic oil pump and fan. The hydraulic oil pump controls the extension, retraction, lifting, lowering and rotation of the left and right sweeping discs. The left and right sweeping discs sweep waste from both sides to the underside of the sweeper-washer truck, in front of the suction nozzle. The fan produces high-speed airflow within the air duct formed by the waste hopper, suction pipe and suction nozzle. Driven by the airflow, waste is drawn into the suction nozzle and conveyed into the waste hopper. The chassis engine propels the sweeper-washer truck forward. Waste swept to the front of the suction nozzle is continuously drawn into the nozzle and transported steadily to the waste hopper, completing road surface sweeping.
Washing & Sweeping Operation: While the sweeping assembly is in operation, the high-pressure water pump fitted with a dedicated clutch and driven by the auxiliary engine also engages. The high-pressure water pump pressurizes clean water from the clean water tank and delivers it via high-pressure pipelines, control valves and other components to the water spray bars inside the suction nozzle as well as the left and right side spray bars. Each spray bar is equipped with multiple specially manufactured fan-shaped nozzles. The fan-shaped water curtains ejected from the nozzles together form a U-shaped water cutter with an overall width of no less than 3 meters to flush the road surface directly. The water after flushing is sucked back into the waste hopper to complete integrated road washing and sweeping.
