Crawler conveyor
Traveling Principle: This track‑mounted conveyor adopts steel track travelling mechanism. The travel motor drives the drive sprocket to make the track circulate. The track enlarges ground contact area and disperses machine load. It can move freely on complex site roads such as gravel and muddy ground without trailer transportation, and quickly adjust working position.
Conveying Working Principle: The equipment is equipped with an adjustable luffing belt conveyor boom. The operator manipulates handles to output control signals. The hydraulic system drives track travelling mechanism and boom luffing cylinders to adjust machine position and conveying height. The drive motor drives belt rollers to run. Materials fall onto the conveyor belt from feeding end, and lifting, transferring and discharging operations are completed by continuous belt running.
