Road Roller
Traveling Principle: This used road roller adopts rear rubber tire drive structure. The travel motor drives rear tires for travelling, while the front steel drum serves as driven wheel. Hydraulic transmission realizes forward, reverse and variable‑speed travelling. It can adapt to various complex working conditions including site dirt road, gravel and asphalt pavement with flexible movement.
Compaction Working Principle: Compaction work is realized by machine self‑weight and vibration mechanism. The operator manipulates control handles to output signals. The hydraulic system drives the vibration motor, which makes the eccentric block inside the drum rotate at high speed to generate exciting force. Combined with machine dead weight, high‑frequency exciting force applies pressure to soil, gravel and asphalt mixture, so as to complete tamping and compaction for subgrade and pavement materials.
